Refund policy

Every one-time purchase (Core or Pro) can be refunded in full within 30 days of payment. Prices and refunds are in USD.
To ask, email noaml@noaml.cloud from the address on your account. There is no form. A reason is welcome but never required.
Payments are taken by the merchant of record: [OWNER: confirm Dodo Payments is merchant of record]. The refund is returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your account returns to the free tier, which still reads every lesson. After 30 days purchases are final; if something is broken or misrepresented, email noaml@noaml.cloud anyway.
